Be flexible to anything

Today started off a bit unexpected we were supposed to have a morning of breakfast and finishing our presentations. The church in Tierra Bomba was ordering a new septic tank which happened to arrive today. Although it was expected to be large, but light it was the opposite. All of the 6 boys on our team, Lili, and the staff went up to the beach to receive the tank. Once they got their it was massive and extremely heavy. The intern, Nico almost got knocked out from the tank. Because they had to tank off of the boat. This moment that Lili captured through photos was such strong community that the boys created. It was physical hard however, the boys did not complain once. The younger boy students came to help with giant logs where they could just roll the tank instead. Lili decided to go back and get the boys water because it was so hot. Once the boys finally arrived to the property’s front gate all the girls were cheering them on and encouraging them to keep pushing.
Reflecting back on all the interviews for this trip, Lili and Danny mentioned how amazing it was to have an almost equal amount of guys and girls on the team. Since this is a rare occurrence in PBA, they were completely surprised with the number of guys interested. After the incident with the septic tank, it can surely be acknowledged that God planned for there to be so many guys that were needed for this exact moment
