Hello friends and family! In just a few days a group of 15 college students from Palm Beach Atlantic University will be traveling to Colombia for one week to fulfill a calling that God has placed on all of our lives. We will be focusing on evangelism and outreach through conversational English groups and skate ministry. We will help host a skateboarding competition, bible studies, participate in prayer walks, food distribution, and home visits with impoverished families. The trip will also feature opportunities for youth and VBS type ministries. We will be there ultimately to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. After prayerful considerations the overarching Bible verse for the team is Ephesians 5:1-2, "Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." We aim to embody this passage and truly be who God has designed us to be. We aspire to speak life into and over every circumstance, sacrifice everything for the Lord, and always consider it all joy. Each step that we take, may be done so only in love.

Being a disciple is not always easy, so we would all love your support. Prayer is such an important part of ministry and life in general, so throughout these next weeks please consider praying for our team.

- Strength to get through classes while also being fully devoted to serving the Lord

- Unity amongst the team

- That the Lord may give us the eyes to see, ears to hear, and words to say

- Preparation in our soul, mind, and body
